【综合简介】
丁彦蕊,女,民盟盟员,江南大学数学与数据科学学院教授、博士生导师。
教学方面,担任国家级、省级大学生创新项目的指导教师,指导本科生发表SCI论文,被评为第七届“江南大学我最喜爱的老师”,获江南大学本科教学成果二等奖一项。
科研方面,长期从事智能计算与复杂网络、生物信息学的研究工作。担任Interdisciplinary Sciences: Computational Life Sciences青年编委,Computational Biomedicine编委,中国生物工程学会计算生物学与生物信息学专业委员会委员,中国计算机学会生物信息学专业委员会通讯委员。在Neural Networks, IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics等权威期刊发表SCI论文40多篇;授权发明专利及软件著作权共20多项;主持完成2项国家自然科学基金、2项“863”重点项目子课题、多项横向课题;参与科技部“重大仪器专项”、“863”项目、国家自然基金、江苏省科技成果转化专项资金A类重点项目等项目;获得教育部科技进步奖二等奖(第三完成人)、中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步一等奖(第二完成人)等奖项。
